The project was created during a period of personal growth. While surrounded by picture-perfect homes and idealized family life, I felt disconnected and emotionally stagnant. Watching the world move around me became part of the narrative. This contrast between outward perfection and internal struggle shaped the tone, pacing, and visual restraint of the book.
DESIGNING FEELING INTO FORM THROUGH COLOR, STILLNESS, AND QUIET SIGNS OF HOPE
Designed as an interactive journey, readers engage with the content through movement and sequence rather than static pages. Each interaction builds a more personal connection, reflecting the comfort I find in the lagoon’s quiet isolation.
What began as a personal exploration evolved into a study of perception and experience. The work holds a personal narrative while remaining open to interpretation, offering structure without limitation. It leaves space for meaning to shift and develop with each reader.
